Kristi's first yoga class was in 1995 in college and she really enjoyed it! After that, her yoga practice consisted of the occasional class or yoga video. In 2013 She came back to yoga searching for something less strenuous on her body and she discovered not only increased strength and more flexibility but found she loved the relaxation and exploration of her mind while her confidence was growing. Her goal is to share gratitude and provide an accessible space for you to discover the physical, mental, and emotional benefits yoga has to offer. Yoga has no boundaries and is available to anyone. Her classes focus on a meditative flow, starting off slow and exploring within while flowing with the breath to build heat. Finally, we cool down with stretching, meditation, mudras and sometimes chocolate. Yes, chocolate! Kristi is happy to incorporate her love for cacao with the practice of yoga. Kristi is also certified in Restorative Yoga and the The Shakti Yoga Wheel™ method. Kristi is a lifelong Oregonian and when she's not at her gardening store (Basin Indoor Gardening) or on the mat, she's out enjoying the beautiful outdoors we have in and around Klamath Falls! Kristi loves to hike, backpack, explore new places, and cuddle with her cats. Kristi also crafts handmade herbal teas that are served before and after select yoga classes, and are for purchase at Bliss!

Rhonda teaches with the hope that others will find all the treasures they desire in their practice and life. Rhonda is an expert teacher in Ashtanga (Prana Flow), Kundalini, and Vinyasa. As a mental health professional, Margaret promotes mindfulness activities and trauma-informed care interventions. Just a few years ago she discovered the practice of yoga provides the ability to become more focused in the here and now and is an evidenced based practice in reducing the effects of trauma. She gets to witness on a daily basis how these interventions provoke change in individuals. Margaret was set to attain her yoga teacher training in 2020, however, COVID hit and her goal of becoming a certified yoga teacher was put on hold. In May of 2023 she achieved her goal of becoming a yoga instructor through Yoga Farm Ithaca, learning the Radiant Warrior practice. Originally from Anaheim, California., she is grateful that Klamath Falls brought her to a supportive yoga community like Bliss Yoga!
Taylor started practicing yoga 9 years ago in Oregon and immediately fell in love with the practice. Walking out of each class there was a lightness that consumed her. That’s when she knew that was exactly what she wanted to give to the world; an obtainable practice suitable for all willing - that provides life changing benefits for the mind, body and soul. Throughout the last 9 years Taylor has practiced yoga all over the country while traveling. When she became pregnant she realized how much she really needed yoga practice and wanted to share it with her son and with others, so she started her yoga teacher training and is continuing with her education in Prenatal yoga. Today Taylor is rooted in Western Massachusetts and loves to share this beautiful practice wherever she goes!
